1918-20 New Colours Arms 4d & 3/- (SG 199-200). CENTRE VIGNETTE DIE PROOF taken in black on glazed thin wove card, stamp-sized, squared. A very rare proof for this issue, vignette proofs always existing in fewer numbers. Superb, most attractive. This new central vignette is without the encircling border line seen in the 1916-19 issues.
