1933 SOUTH AFRICA USED IN: Registered envelope correctly franked SA ½d Springbuck X 12 (2d postage & 4d registration) from Maseru to Lusaka, N. Rhodesia. Reverse shows additional despatch cds 22 DEC and arrival mark 1 JAN. The KGV Basutoland stamps were issued on 1st December and this cover emphasises the efforts being made to use up the existing stocks of SA ½d stamps. VF.
