CAPE: 1901 STELLENBOSCH to Holland taxed 5c on arrival, the 2x1d Hope Standing adhesives deemed insufficient. Rate marking in blue crayon and in black, excellent strike of the rectangular (lines extended beyond corners) censor mark dated NOV 12 1901 applied at Stellenbosch (Prime STL1b). Backstamped on arrival 30 NOV. VF.
