c1838 GOVERNOR'S LETTER (NAPIER): Folded letter wrapper without postal markings addressed to "His Excellency Major General Sir George Napier". Napier was Governor for the period 1838-1844. Couple restored perimeter imperfections, a fine example of a Napier cover.
