1865 "Per Passenger Cart" neat small format blue envelope from Port Elizabeth to Grahamstown. Triangular 4d (full margins) clearly tied Numeral 2 canceller with alongside a further strike of the BONC over the proving cds. Arrival Oval Date Stamp on reverse. Unusual, interesting nomination of the means of carriage.
