1888 KNYSNA to Cape Town: "Regd 562" envelope from the Burmeister correspondence, franked Hope Seated 4d & 2d well tied by small triangular obliterator and departure cds OC 31. Backstamped on arrival 3 NO and the reverse side as usual showing the Burmeister writings. F-VF, a tad soiled along top, scarce early registered letter.
