1907 PARCEL POST RECEIPT: KEVII 1d affixed to receipt issued at Sir Lowry Road post office, cds OC 9 07. Perimeter fault top right. Scarce. Printing on reverse reads "This certificate is given to inform the sender of the posting of a parcel, and does not indicate that any liability in respect of such parcel attaches to the Postmaster-General or other officer of the Post Office. No certificate will be considered valid unless it bears a postage stamp of the value of 1d. obliterated with the date stamp of the office at which the parcel was posted."
