1904 PORTUGUESE COLONIAL RECEIVING AUTHORITY ARCHIVE SPECIMEN: 1904-08 KEVII £1 dull purple & black on red (SG 64). A sound F-VF unused example overprinted SPECIMEN and additionally handstamped "ULTRAMAR" in blue (by the Portuguese authorities prior to distribution to their overseas colonies as specimens).
