Mauritius 1899 15c Ultramar Portuguese Archive Specimen

1899 15c on 36c Diamond Jubilee (SG 135). VF/UM example handstamped "ULTRAMAR" in blue. This defacement was applied by the Portuguese authorities prior to distribution of foreign specimens to their overseas colonies. Attractive stamp, scarce thus.
