1902 KEVII ½d - 10/- (SG 10-18). Full Set overprinted SPECIMEN subsequently affixed to ledger pages by the Natal Post Office as they did to specimen stamps received by them from the UPU. An interesting unique specimen group on neat pieces from the Natal archives which was distributed in the early 1980's. VF.
