OFS: 1900 Envelope from Thaba 'Nchu to Grahamstown. Franked VRI 1d tied 2x Thaba 'Nchu cds with missing year slugs (shows "19" instead of "00". At top left manuscript "CENSORED / THABA 'NCHU". Relevant backstamps Bloemfontein and Grahamstown. Light even tropicalisation at top. Scarce, interesting cover from the territory.
