1897 UNISSUED 6d BLUE WITHOUT "VRI". SG footnote: These were prepared but not issued when the stamps were seized in Bloemfontein. A few have been seen without the "VRI" overprint, but they were not authorized or available for postage. A superb UM example. Scarce. See additional image.
