1900-02 Cape Hope Standing Overprinted: Cape ½d green & 1d carmine ovptd (SG 133-134). The pair handstamped "ULTRAMAR" (by the Portuguese authorities prior to distribution to their overseas colonies as specimens) in blue. F-VF unused (gum washed), a rare pair.
