OFFICIALS: PORTUGUESE RECEIVING AUTHORITY ARCHIVE SPECIMENS: 1904 KEVII ½a, 1a, 8a, & 1r (SG O10, O11, O13 & O15). Group of four values M/unused ovptd SPECIMEN in the usual way. Each then additionally handstamped "ULTRAMAR" (by the Portuguese authorities prior to distribution to their overseas colonies as specimens) in violet-blue. Very attractive thus. F-VF. A rare group.
