1913-24 KGV 1/3 DIE PROOF for the complete design (SG 13) in black on glazed card initialled and dated "2/7/20" in manuscript. Marked AFTER STRIKING. VF, a particularly rare state of the die for this 1920 additional value. After Striking proofs are uncommon in that only one or two such impressions were (sometimes, not always) taken to check that the Die had not been damaged in laying down the particular plate in manufacture.
