1923 PERFIN ON COVER: Commercial window envelope to Windhoek franked KGV ½d clearly tied by Cape Town despatch cds 22 NOV. The perfin was applied by J.W. Jagger & Co. It was first identified/attributed on Cape stamps in 1907. Arrival mark on reverse. VF, scarce.
