1923 PERFIN ON COVER: Commercial window envelope to Windhoek franked KGV ½d tied by Cape Town machine canceller DE 10. On reverse arrival mark 14 DEC. The perfin was applied by J.W. Jagger & Co. It was first identified/attributed on Cape stamps in 1907. VF, scarce.
