Description

  • 1926 4d Triangular (SG 33):
  • Pair of small (75x85mm) buff envelopes in which these stamps (sixty per envelope) were supplied by the printers, Messrs Bradbury Wilkinson.
  • The envelopes are respectively printed "60 / 4d / POSSEEL." and "60 / 4d / POSTAGE." and bear attractive intact Bradbury Wilkinson seals (two differing types) on reverse.
  • Few such envelopes appear to have survived.
  • Exhibition pair.
