South Africa Postage Due 1922 ½d - 2d Postade Varieties

POSTAGE DUES: 1922-26 ½d, 1d, 1½d & 2d POSTADE VARIETY (SG D11,12,13&14var). VF/M pairs all showing POSTADE (closed "G") variety on left stamp, the variety occurring on later printings from the left pane of Plate 1 R3/1. A lovely matching group illustrating the variety which only affected these values, the 6d only being part of the first Plate 1 printings. VF. See additional image below.
