POSTAGE DUES: 1967-71 1c black & carmine BLACK (VALUE) PARTIALLY OMITTED (SG D60var / SACC 56Svar). A VF/UM part arrow lower marginal block of four, interrupted printing occurring across the bottom pair. Unlisted both SG & SACC. Whilst the entire horizontal row would have been similarly affected, we are unaware of other surviving examples. Spectacular showpiece in combination multiple with normals thus.
