1894 Letter at the 2d rate to OFS: Neat small format envelope from Piet Potgieters Rust (cds 20 FEB 94) to Bethany franked with Vurtheim 2d. Pretoria & Bloemfontein backstamps. F-VF, a little roughly opened, nice representation of this postage ratewhich was published in the Transvaal Postal Notice of 17 March 1885 with effect from 1 April of that year.
