1903 Pre-printed KEVII ½d newspaper wrapper prepared for the HIGHVELD HERALD / HOOGVELD HERALD, uprated with additional ½d paying 1d rate to Switzerland. Ermelo cds's 19 AUG 03 (on the wrapper) and 20 AUG 03 on the ½d suggesting that the wrapper was returned/held back for additional postage. Arrival mark 14 IX 03 on reverse. VF, very attractive.
